THE SOUP THAT BOOSTS MOTIVATION
- roughly cut
- 1 squash - 2 large red onions - 1 whole garlic clove - 3 peppers (red - yellow) - 1 fresh long pepper, whole - 1 bqt fresh cilantro, whole - 1 tsp madras curry (or whatever you have on hand) - 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
Put everything in a large jumbled pot and cover well with water.
Bring to the boil then simmer for a few hours over low heat.
When all the vegetables are tender or melted…. Bon appétit
